Horner’s Exhibition in St. Cuthbert’s Walk.

The Heritage Group have been given by Bradley Hall the owners of St. Cuthbert’s Walk Shopping Centre, to provide a display of Horner’s Sweet Factory memorabilia and information in the window cabinets where the old entrance to the Co-op used to be.                                                          Read More:

The New Pelton Memorial.

A new memorial will be unveiled on Friday 20th March 2015 at 2pm. At the entrance to the Lavender Centre in Pelton Village.

DCCC Floodlights

Durham County Cricket Club - New Floodlighting.

Planning permission has been applied for to install six floodlight towers at the Riverside Cricket Ground. These towers are expected to be metres higher the the Parish Church steeple.

The new Splash Pad at the Riverside Park was officially opened on Friday 28th August, 2015 by Councillor Jan Blakey.
